My car was in bad shape, not so much body damage, but definitely mechanical damage which caused a delay in repairs. I appreciated the text notifications. It took a little longer than anticipated but definitely worth the wait. My car is running great and looking good. I'm hoping I don't get in another accident but if I do, I will bring my car back to Carstar.
