Everyone was very polite. The repair took a little longer than quoted, which wasn’t so bad once I had use of the loaner car- unfortunately I did not have access to it for the first week as the previous customer held on to it. I would recommend defining some form of penalty or daily rental charge after 24 hours of being updated that their vehicle repair was complete- just to motivate people to return the loaner for other customers. Also, there was a metal piece that was bent and was rubbing against the rotor. It made a loud sound and I had someone else fix it- afterwards the noise was gone. The damage should have been caught before turning the car over as complete. Other than that I felt that the business was professional and responsive.

The truck was not done by the specified day. Due date was April 2nd we didn’t get the truck until the 20th! The date Was move down several times because parts that should have been ordered were not. And the wrong color bumper was placed on the truck (that’s getting fix shortly) but what’s worse is my husband has been stranded twice because the truck was not properly fixed..he didn’t think it was due to the accident at first they told him it was the alternator lost a whole day of work and forked our 400 buck to have it fixed. The next day which is today left him stranded again so it’s back at the shop again until further notice.

The door controls on the driver side do not work. I am unable to control all four windows, rear sunshade, both side view mirrors and the window lock. Other than that the car drives like it use to and everything else seems to be good.
