Communications between goodfellas and the customer should have been better. My car was there 3 weeks for a repair that should have taken 4 days. I understand ordering the wrong part was an error, and that when they did get it right my part was back ordered. Still ok with that. But when I called for updates on when it would be ready I was told several times to call back because they were busy. I guess they didn’t consider me part of their business. I did not had any advance notification that my car was not going to be ready on the 4th day, and no communication when the part came in. The body work was fine, but the office staff was frustrating.

They lied saying they never looked at the under carriage of front but I looked at it when they dropped off. They took all the coverings off of the bottom and never replaced properly. Bottom covers are hanging down scraping ground. Placement pins at missing. It looks like they were laying stuff on my top and is now scratched. My glove box was emptied out and laying in front passenger seat. Tiers were at 30 pounds pressure.
