Greg the mgr was a very big help and made sure I was completely happy and answered any questions I had before I left the building. Also PAT the person that cleaned my car did a excellent job. Last but not least Troy the mgr at the building off Melrose was a terrific person to work with. Kept in contact with me to make sure everything was ok and to keep me informed on the status of my service. If I had to rate these gentleman from ****-10 I'd give them all 10. The text messages were nice but slightly inaccurate. A phone call here or there to keep a real time timeline would've been nice. Don't get me wrong. You guys did amazing work & had it done super quick. But I could've picked my car up Friday if I had known it would be ready then. The text kept saying Saturday. Even on Friday. All in all couldn't be happier. Those are just my two cents.

Although the repair took longer than the estimation, I do not believe it was at the fault of Tag Colission. All representitives were very professional and followed up as necessary. Greg made sure to keep me 100% aware of my status and was very honest. I was slightly nervous that some of my belongings would be missing after the repair but ALL valuable items were present, even after **** full month of labor. Very impressed. I cannot give enough kudos to the entire staff at TAG. They were friendly, the work was perfect, the repairs were done quickly. Our represenitive Nick was just awsome. He bent over backward to make sure we were taken care of. If Nick's boss is reading this he needs a big raise because he is beyond great at customer service. Over all the entire process and the entire staff at TAG deserves 15 out of 10 stars. I could not be more satisfied with my experiance.
