I am overall very satisfied with the repair on my car by ServiceKing! There were a lot of issues with my car and ServiceKing took care of everything. The parts, the paint work and customer service was great! General Manager Phillip, was extremely helpful and knows exactly how to make sure his customers leave with a smile on their face! Javier was also very friendly and provided great service. The two put together make a dynamic team and both go above and beyond to provide full customer service satisfaction. We can still see two of the marks that we're supposed to be repaired - one on the back driver side near the tail light and one on the hood. We can see two marks that look like buff marks, where scratches were on the front roof. The black part of the frame of the driver's door is now looking dull and white-ish, instead of glossy black to match the paint. This door had no repairs needed and was not even on the list of things to repair so we don't know why this was touched.

My only complaint is I was told I would be called with an estimate, but received no such call. Secondly I picked up my car Saturday morning. Sunday morning my battery was dead. Don't know if it's connected to repairs but it was a relatively new battery and I did not leave my lights on or anything that would cause the battery to drain.
