For the record, my complaint relates more to AAA than Pro Collision. The replacement piece of trim beneath the front bumper looks terrible. It is off color, and does not interface to the ends of the bumper well. That is, there is a large gap and it flares out too far. Pro Collision told me that it is an aftermarket replacement part, and that is what AAA allows them to purchase. The Honda part would be $130 more, and I would have to pay the difference. Pro Collision said they would make a call on my behalf to see if they can get the Honda part. I thank them for that. I have been a AAA member and insurance customer for decades, and I am disappointed to say the least.
