The office is pretty and clean. Tgereceptionist offered.me a bottle of water when I dropped my car off and had to wait bc I was too early. That was so thoughtful.of her and really made me happy. Brian was very polite and really showed concern for my vehicle and my person asking if I was ok from the accident. The text service was really handy and convenient and the whole process was super awesome and I felt very secure that you guys were gonna fix my baby up. The quality of the work is outstanding and getting my car back so shiny and clean was a lovely surprise. This was the most miserable experience as a customer that I have had in all my years of vehicle ownership. For starters a customer always seek to partner with a company that will accommodate the funds projected to be received by the insurance company. The original estimate was $3,484.00 and ended up charging me $4,526.78 for a difference of $****,043.78 which for me is a contributor to a financial hardship being in a fixed income. Secondly I was told it would be completed in a week after dropping it off on the February 26th and did not receive it back until this past Thursday March 15th a week and a half past the due date. They kept sending me texts saying it could be picked up to be told later that it wasnt ready. I do understand that there are some minor changes but $****,043.78? Clearly not a Car-Star! Dont allow another customer to experience what I experienced.
