I had decided to use CARSTAR because my Insurance company recommended them. Timing was everything since I was scheduled for a week vacation in nine days. Brian said he would do everything possible but delays could occur out of their control like parts arriving on time. I was beyond pleasantly surprised and appreciative that my car was actually ready two days prior to the scheduled finish. I thank the staff for keeping me updated daily by texts. I recommend this shop to everyone wanting first-class service. Wish I had this experience with all my service vendors.

Brian and lady at front (her name just escaped me) were so nice and so speedy. I felt 110% comfortable leaving my car. EVERYTHING was taken car of, rental car was seamless because of them. I was kept informed of process throughout. I mentioned in passing to Brian that after i picked my car up, I was going on a trip. When I picked up the car, he told me he noticed my rear view window wiper blade was in bad shape so he grabbed a new one for me and put it on, no charge. So nice! I will never take my cars any place else. I will absolutely refer you to everyone I know. ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Amazing service. Brian and the lovely lady at the front desk should be commended for their wonderful customer service and impeccable treatment of customers. Not only did they treat me wonderfully, I witnessed them both doing the same to other customers as I was there both
times. I picked up my car yesterday and annoyed my sister all day on our drive because I kept saying throughout the day that I was in awe of the service I received. It is so reassuring to see people helping people out. I could go on and on. THANK YOU again.
