Everything was great. I'm just upset about the cord that was hanging from my windshield around my rearview mirror. The body shop nor the windshield repair guy would initially take responsibility for it. I spoke w Jerry (Window man) when he called (Brian said he didn't want to be the middle man) and he finally said to text him my address and he would come Monday in the afternoon to fix it. He would not tell me what time - just that he would call in the afternoon about an hour before he gets to the house. I texted him and he hasn't responded. Today is Thursday- I picked the car up yesterday. The issue has not been resolved.

And then there's the actual repair....which was great. My car looks good as new. They also cleaned up my car as a nice bonus. There were 3 weeks between the time of the estimate and the repair appointment, yet the necessary parts were apparently difficult to find. The repair was supposed to take **** weeks and took 2, with uncertainty on exactly when the car would be finished. When I picked up my car, apparently something had gone wrong with the electrical system or the battery had been run down, because the clock and headlights had to be reset. On the good side, the repair appears to have been done and the car was detailed in an excellent manner.
