Everyone I interacted with at Mini-Citi was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated that they communicated frequently and kept me updated on the status of the repair. Mini City did a wonderful job on my car. After the repair work I could not make out if the car ever met an accident. I got my car well in advance before the scheduled delivery date. They kept me updated on the various stages of the repair work and they coordinated on the paper work with my insurance. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work done and would definitely recommend as preferred collision repair center in north raleigh area.

I was not only pleased with the work done, but pleased with a few "extra touches" that made a wonderful difference (for example how the car was beautifully detailed inside and out). ****. Quality checks need to be improved so when the customer arrives to pick up the car, there are no issues to be resolved. 2. This shop needs to revisit their use of Ronnie White's Tire for alignment. Honda dealer found the alignment done by Ronnie White's to have left the car with a negative toe, and this (according to Honda) would result in rapid tire wear on the front tires. 3. Customer service skills need to be improved too. If a customer tells you the shop did something, the absolute worst thing you can tell the customer is "but it didn't happen at our facility". The customer stated something that was true and factual, and were told they are totally wrong by the "it didn't happen here" response. 4. The repair work is good, but as stated before, the quality check after the repair is done needs to be much better. Misaligned body panels are very obvious and should have been noticed and fixed prior to the customer driving up to get the car...only to discover the problems and have to make another trip (hour round trip) to pick up the car. Conclusion -- If you decide to use this shop, take photos of all sides of your car and make sure the shop signs off on the condition of the car when they receive it, and CAREFULLY inspect your vehicle before signing over the insurance check. Thank you.
