The repair took too long. I got multiple completion dates that were missed. I got the truck back today and it pulls hard to the right. I guess nobody test drove the truck. Very disappointed.

Everyone there made my experience great and my car looks like new

I am happy with the repairs made to my truck but I still need to bring back my car for some repairs. I have it scheduled to bring back in about a week or so.

When having my 2010 Camaro door repaired a new door was installed and painted. When I picked up my car there was a ding inside the door jam and there were some scratches inside the door frame that were not sanded down and painted. I am currently having another vehicle repaired and when I pick it up I am dropping my Camaro back off and the shop is supposed to fix these issues. Even though the dent in the NEW door was the shops fault I was told that since it was already painted they would NOT give me another new door. I am hopeful that they will be able to correct the issues to my satisfaction but we will see! Other than that, so far I've been happy.

Diane as well as Crystal were excellent to do business with. The end product was excellent and I would do business with them if I have body work that needs to be completed in the future. I'm very pleased with my experience.
