The car was in mint condition before the accident. I was assured a mint condition when I went today but it was below par repairs instead of replacing damage. Your manager is supposed to look at it and take care of it but I really am skeptical since the work that was done was QCed and your shop thought this work was quality. From the start of me bringing my car to get fixed it was all great service to the end. The enterprise representative that was there to help me with my rental to Bernie that took care of my claim not to mention the guys in the back that actually did the work on the car were phenomenal! Whoever wet sanded my car really knew what they were doing because I'm a professional detailer, specializing in wet sanding and I'm extremely picky but I had no words other than a big smile.
