Everyone at Signature was OUTSTANDING!! Gloria at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Stan the Geico representative explained everything he was also awesome. Andre the enterprise car rental was excellent as well. One other gentleman who worked for Signature was great. I can’t remember his name. Was satisfied most with the customer service. Gloria and Stan were great representatives for your company. Also was appreciative that work was done in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that I was advised car would be washed and vacuumed. But found more dust foot prints than anything.

I was surprised that no one walked me out to what was fixed. Just handed me paperwork and was sent on my way. Came in to say that there were too parts that didn't look right and was told ..you can come back if your not satisfied. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Molding pieces were not on when we got there( they fixed that) wrong pin striping (they say they will fix at later date) small dent on hood. Scuff on passenger door (they say will buff out later). Just noticed that blind spot sensors not working now and rear sensor problem.
