Woke up to a nice puddle in my van. Overall terrible work. Only thing nice about this shop was the front desk customer service representative. I will have to take my van to another shop to repair the repair. 100% dissatisfaction.

The bright spot was MR Paul Hayes and the receptionist other than that had to return 3 times. ****. Wrong rim replaced 2nd windshield cracked 3rd had to wait 2 hours for car to return from being realigned. If not for Paul and the receptionist I would have called the owner but they were kind and professional through the bad experience.

So far I'm 100% satisfied with my "repair". However, I missed several hours of work and personal time due to low battery issues after pickup. I had to utilize GEICO emergency road side. After contacting Signature about my issue I was told it's not uncommon for battery drainage due to lack of use and doors being left opened etc during repair. If this is a common known issue I suggest a best practice be explored to put vehicles on battery chargers approximately 6 to 24 hrs in advance of customer pickup. Although general customer service was really great, this glitch if I had to rate from **** to 5 would be the difference between a 5 and 3. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
