Your team did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I was very pleased with the extra effort of cleaning it inside and out also. The team member working with me explained the process efficiently and was very pleasant. My only suggestion is that your team should communicate with the client as much as possible during the actual repair of the vehicle and for your company not to send out text messages if they really don't mean anything. I would much rather like to get status updates from a team member over the phone. Otherwise great job!

I get a phone call from Gloria at the front desk on Saturday @ 11:35am saying " Ms. Stephens your car is ready for pick but we close at 12 today". I said fine i'll just come on Monday. I tried to pick my car up on Monday a little after 5 because according to the website you guys close at 5:30 pm. I got there and it was closed. So it's now Tuesday, I finally get my car I immediately see that there is still a scrape on the front light and driver side mirror. I touch the front of the car where the repair was done and it doesn't seem secure at all. To top it off , I get in my vehicle and my tan interior on my driver side door is completely filthy and black, they stole my hand sanitizer and obviously didn't use it because it's black grease fingerprints everywhere! There were also two small pieces of something left in my vehicle, I'm not sure if it's trash or if it belongs on my car somewhere! I'm so disappointed in how my vehicle was handled. I will be stopped by on Saturday morning to speak to someone.

I dropped my car off on Saturday and was told it would be a quick turnaround and should be ready by Wednesday. After all, this is the GEICO express service. I did not receive a call on Wednesday about my car. I called on Thursday to find out about my car and to ensure that my rental would be extended as it was only approved through Wednesday. I was told by my adjuster that my car was getting washed and it would be ready to go by the end of Thursday. I never got a call on Thursday. I called Friday and was told that my car was "at the shop and they are waiting for parts to come in." I explained that this didn't make sense because the adjuster told me on Thursday that it was being washed and would be ready to go. I was put on hold and then told my car was in line to be washed (I guess it was really dirty since it was being washed again) would be ready by the end of the day. I told them I was going out of town and would not be there until Monday to pick it up. I arrived on Monday and my car was dirty which made no sense since according to them it had been washed twice. Then the repair (rear bumper) looks shabby. I am not happy with the work or the service but I did not want my car at that shop any longer for fear of something happening to it and them not telling me since I have gotten the run around. I will be following up with GEICO about this as they should not be recommending this shop if this is how they do business or repairs.

You should not tell people their car will be ready and then it is not no promises on delivery just tell people your call them . This gentleman who detailed my car did a awesome job , Receptionists Gloria was awesome just mad about the delay on getting my car don't promise anymore
