First I would like to say that Gloria was VERY nice and I love her customer service skills. Now the part of my experience that I am not satisfied with is that my car is not fixed correctly AT ALL. My bumper is the wrong color, my tires are still pulling to the right, my tire light is still on, and my rim was not repaired and is still scratched up. I am very upset about this and I plan on taking the car back in the morning.

Although I had questions and concerns the staff worked with me to make sure my needs were met. Mrs. Gloria was awesome as well as the gentleman from the rental car side. I forgot his name but another gentleman helped smooth out scratches that I was unhappy about. He was very professional and kind. However as a courtesy it would be nice if the cars were sent back to clients cleaned and detailed. My car wasn't dirty inside but their was lots of saw dust left on the back seats and in the trunk. I had to pay someone to clean the inside and outside of my car.My rearview mirror was also smeared with water stains. Servicing took a while but I'm happy to have my car back looking like new. Thank you!
