There was a slight rattle under the car. I asked for it to be addressed. Not only was it not addressed, my car now sounds as though the muffler system has had a large issuer. I called AllState and addressed this with them. Allstate has contacted your company and I have another appointment on Monday.

I am extremely pleased with my car repair and customer service. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There repair was completed in the time frame they promised. There was easy access to a rental car through Enterprise during my repair. I was able to leave the rental car at Collision Max when my car was ready for pick up. They took care of it from there. Excellent service overall!!
