I submitted information that was imperative to the repairs needed to b done to my vehicles suspension.Mike at your Westmont location failed to submit this to the insurance company from the outset.this in turn caused me additional time& the insurance company reason for doubt.he also did not inform me when the adjuster denied my repair request.Mike was very unprofessional!!
