They fixed the car but I had no clue they were going to vacuum and clean inside my car. That was nice but I was waiting to vacuum inside my car because I dropped an earring that belong to my mother on the side of the drivers seat where I couldn’t reach it. Now it’s probably been vacuumed and gone forever, I just wish I was told or asked if that was okay to do because i thought they would only fix the outside of my car.

When I dropped my car off for repair I was told that someone would be calling to give me an estimate of the time it would take for the repairs to be completed. I never received that call. I just happened to call three days later and was told my vehicle would be ready in about 10 minutes.
