Professionalism and service was excellent. My only comment is that upon completion of body work, a more thorough detail should be completed, as opposed to a basic hand wash. Adding a quick wax and buff to have a vehicle look uniform would make a 4 star service, 5.

Bill submitted was 70 higher than original quote. Reason given as that "pinstriping was involved, extra labor" etc. THE PINSTRIPING WAS THERE AT THE INITIAL INSPECTION BY YOUR EMPLOYEE! IT WAS YOUR JOB TO SEE ALL ASPECTS OF REPAIR INITIALLY, NOT FIND SOME REASON LATER TO INCREASE PRICE.
