Just one question? Overall I was okay with the service. The communication wasn’t great though. I had to make it to the shop 3 times over a week between 8-6 hours M-F. This is hard for someone who works 8-6 M-F. The second trip I dropped off my car in the morning, but had to come back to sign paperwork I wasn’t told about until after drop off. Price went from $240 to $275 for some new bolts. Was told about the new bolts over a VM, but no mention of additional cost
