After accident we went to Geico and your Repair sevice. There were a demage on two part. Rear door and bumper. Before accident there was a collapse on the right side of bumper. It was not problem for us. But after accident bumper is damaged. Expert and attendant woman who was a pregnant, wanted me to %50 payment of bumper. Why? Because of old collapse! I asked them: “If there wasnt a collapse, will you change this bumper? She said: “Yes” Ok, Is this accident my fault? No, other driver crashed us from rear! (He is a Geico Customer too) I said them: “I don’t want you to repair my collapse. I want my car like before accident! She said we can not. We have to change bumper. She started to fight with us! Look, I m her customer, not enemy. And when I say “I don’t understand your logic” She said “Your lack of English is not my problem!” At the end of this rude conservation, we said “ok, do it” We paid. Because she was not friendly. I pay $260 every month to Geico. I will change my insurance company a soon as possible. And I will inform my comunity about this.

Customer service was good overall. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It seemed like the quality control phase took longer than expected. I was called on a wednesday and told the car should be ready thursday because it was on QC and roadtest. Didnt actually get the car back for almost a week. Overall though i was satisfied.
