There was no key drop to return my rental to. I was told would be ready Mon am per text and it wasn't ready until 4pm at that point t I could have picked it up the next day. When my car was picked my car up my mother was given attitude because the rental was there but the keys were not, even though I was the only one able to drive it and again there was no key drop. Additionally, people scrambled and did not make eye contact because they could not find my car key. My mother we waited approximately half and hour until someone found the keys.
