The staff at CollisionMax are always so personable in making sure I feel completely comfortable with the whole repair process. This is the second time I've utilized their services and both times have put my mind at ease during an otherwise anxious time. I personally know the gentleman that towed my car from the scene and he confirmed the cellphone mount was in my car when it was handed off to CollisionMax. Our car was promised on the 27th, then we were told there was a mix up because they had 3 Rav 4's. Without a car for 3 days because we had turned rental in. Finally got cat back on 13/30.
Never used cell phone we asked them to use. Communication was definitely lacking.
