It was a surprise that they found $500 more of hidden damage after initial visual quote. However, I understand that that happens, which is why they tell you at find of estimate that it is only a visual assessment and there may be more unseen damage. It added 3 days onto my repair, which was an inconvenience, but I understand and I wanted my car repaired correctly to make it as safe as possible. I believe that Service King did that. Meagan and Brittany were friendly and helpful and kept me updated on the repairs throughout the process. I would recommend Service King to friends and family members.
