My lack of satisfaction is based on Tesla’s lack of performance. The folks at Service King were polite, responsive and obviously competent.

Things were not fixed properly on the truck after 9 days. Paint is terrible on the piece that was replaced.. The part that was supposedly fixed doesn’t even line up with the rest of the truck. The grill was ruined. Headlight isn’t working properly. The list can go on. One of the worst repair jobs I’ve ever seen. I will be telling everyone not to go here. Completely unsatisfied and no one that works there seems to care. They just wanted my truck out of there, no matter the condition.

Vehicle was not delivered by the time promised. I was very clear when dropping it off that there were significant issues with the steering and alignment. Rather than listening to your customer and taking it immediately to the mechanic/alignment shop, you chose to have it sit idle while you waited on body parts. And then after you finally took it to the alignment shop, you had to wait on steering components. I will not be using service king again
