We do appreciate the quality of the work that was done on our vehicle--as we did in each of the previous two occasions when the car was rather heavily damaged by others. We are as regular a customer as one is likely to see for an auto-body shop. On this most recent occasion, the only question we have is why the request that you paint the trunk hood as well--it was not involved in the collision but we made it clear, as we ALWAYS have, that we personally would pay separately for this part of the job--was not well received. We did not receive a formal estimate, only an "about $1472," which struck us a rather expensive.

The repair looked good and best of all was finished 4 days sooner than expected, based on the original schedule I was given. The only issue was a missing bumper scuff guard. Scott, at the shop, ordered one before I left. He expects it to be in Tuesday at which point I will go back to have it applied to the bumper. Great customer service. I will recommend your shop.
