The folks at Depalo & Sons were the most professional folks I've dealt with in the industry. When I dropped my car off I have my 18 month old sick baby with me who was asleep. They helped me through the whole process as quickly as possible with an extremely easy process. They even helped me get my car seats out of the car so I could tend to me baby. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism. This was the gold standard of customer service in my opinion!

Starting from drop off the vehicle to pick up, one week early of the original schedule date, the experience was really smooth and pleasant.
