The completion date communicated to me was inaccurate with the actually date which led to inconvenience and days taken off from work. After completion, the shop was resistant with working with my schedule in order for me to pick my car up and I was given varying information each time I called to inquire. I noticed afterwards that the mirror which was replaced was actually not installed correctly and I will be reaching out to make sure this is corrected.

I had to call several times even though Nikki said she would call me. I never received any calls from her and when I would call at the end of the day, she would tell me "oh I've been so busy I haven't gotten to my calls" Also the rental car that I got was very dirty on the outside. It had bugs stuck to the front and side mirrors and was dusty all over. My car is awesome all the repairs are perfect! The guy that gave me the rental was very nice and so was Nikki when got to talk to her. And Mo was really nice too.
