The experience from beginning to end far exceeded our expectations. After speaking to our insurance agent, we were able to bring in our vehicle the very next day and have a rental vehicle standing by, ready to go.
After the inspection we were given an estimated date for all the repairs to be completed, which included the time necessary for parts to be ordered & received. We received one more call when they believed the time to complete the work might be extended with additional parts needing to be ordered, which was greatly appreciated.
We were then pleasantly surprised when they called us over a week early letting us know that the car was finished and ready to pick up! Great service, fast and efficient! Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect with the car until I got home and realized that one of the lug nuts to the wheel that was fixed was missing. I drove home with 4/5 lug nuts. Later found it in the compartment on the side of my seat. Other than that the service was awesome.

Everyone at the location in pleasanton on bernal ave was very helpful and kind. They processed my car fast and made sure I understood everything. It only took about 5 days for my repairs and they kept me updated throughout. I'm very happy with my repairs, it looks like new, and the wash and wax treatment was great. Plus the enterprise rental inside is extremely convenient. For auto body repairs I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'll be sure to recommend this place to others.
