When I took my car for the smog test it failed due to the air flow valve being broken after getting my van got repaired from Quality Auto Craft due to a collision that had happened before.Thinking that they would be able to take
care of it as they always keep on reminding us that we will take good care of you, they denied to take any responsibility for the same.
Despite they adviced me to go to my insurance for further assistance. I wonder what kind of customer care they were taking about ?
