I am almost satisfied with the service... well fixed and I especially liked and surprised how my van was cleaned thoroughly inside and out including the wheels! However, we were never contacted if fixing the van would be delayed a day or two or when will be reday to pick up. I did get the message that the van is ready to pick up although it came AFTER I picked up my van. However, my van is in great shape and the service senter is closer to my home so I think I will come back next time even though I hope ....not with the same reason...

I had my car repaired at Cook's in ****, CA and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. 10 months later and 9 times taking my car back to try and rectify the original work (which is still ongoing) left me with a bad impression of Cooks. However, the staff at Pleasanton and the quality of workmanship performed on my Honda restored my faith in Cooks. That being said, I would only recommend your Pleasanton shop to others. They were highly knowledgeable, professional and communicative the entire time my car was in the shop. A huge thanks to everyone at the Pleasanton Cook's shop!
