We left the vehicle at Auto Collision and Glass with a voicemail the same day (yesterday) that we did not deem the vehicle "repaired." It appeared, even to the untrained eye that that bumper, at minimum, had not been correctly replaced/repaired. After a voicemail the evening before advising of our "opinion" regarding the service provided, and a request for a call back with an explanation, we have received no call back at this time to discuss.. Our vehicle remains at the location and we have yet to have been informed as to what the procedure will be to repair our vehicle in the manner we were advised it would be. Therefore, we decline to provide an "official" opinion regarding this facility until we have been able to discuss an appropriate outcome as we feel certain they will assist us in making sure our vehicle is repaired correctly..
