They detailed the car beautifully; but the paint the used on the new bumper is not a complete match. Either different colour paint or uneven painting. The work was also pushed back an additional 3 days because "it was done **** and needed to be redone" the first time. The people were friendly enough, though.

My issue is with the communication. First i was told to come on Friday and get my car. When i showed up they said they had called and that the incoreect part was sent but i never receuves that message.
Then on Monday i got a text saying my car was ready and i would get a call to set up pickup but after waiting an hour and right before 5PM i just drove over. Very frustrating to not have easy communication. I would not accept texts next time as they did not help and actually made the situation more confusing.

The team there was outstanding. Initial appraisal was done in about 20 min and they handled everything with insurance from that point forward. They kept me up to date on my progress and were even able to expedite a little when they found out I had a camping trip with my family and would need the truck for the travel trailer. They went the extra mile to insure we didn't miss our trip while still making my truck look like the accident never happened. Great team, personable people, and they wont keep you waiting unnecessarily. I would definitely use them again in the future and have no problem recommending to family and friends.

They did a fantastic job on the repair and they also cleaned the outside and inside of the vehicle which was unexpected.
