The repair was fine. However, even though I left my Tesla completely charged at Service King, when I went to pick it up it was almost completely discharged. I was given excuses why the car was not charged, but I thought those excuses were not believable.

Was told 5 to 7 days. Took approximately 14 days for repair. It was communicated that the car was almost done on more than one occasion whe relisitically it wasn’t because the part needed to finish the job was not in your possession until today. I will never use service king again or recommend it to any friends or family. It truly felt like I wasn’t a customer just another dollar sign for your company.
