As I drive out of the lot, my tire pressure lights went on. All tires needed air. Then a few days later I tried to use my windshield washer squirts and they did not work. Fortunately a mechanic here at my job looked at it and found that the house was installed backwards. I don’t know why you are bothering to send this survey, you’ve been paid. It’s not like you are going to send me a refund for these inconveniences I experienced

Overall, I am happy with the experience, although it did take longer than I expected, but I chalk this up to the current environment that we live in. The people that I spoke to at the collision center were always very nice and very accommodating, so I have no qualms about recommending your company in the future.

Apologies for the long diatribe, but overall, the service I received from Gabes was deplorable from start to finish. The communication was nearly non existent and I felt that I was being unreasonable each time I called for an update on my car. It took over 2 months to repair a car that was able to be driven in at the initial date. In the end, these delays cost me approximately $500 in additional rental cars and Ubers. I completely understand some things like shipping and product delays are out of Gabes control, but things like communication and customer service are completely in Gabes control and that was the worst part of the process. If you really want to make it better you can cover the additional rental car days that I had to cover from March **** to 17th. If you want all the details below is the full description of my service. I brought car in to Gabes on January 30th after hitting a deer. I was able to drive my vehicle there but was told it was not safe to drive and I should leave it. I did not even receive a quote for the damages until 2 weeks later. At that time I rushed everything through and was told the parts are ordered will be "delivered next week" and the repairs will take 11 days. That was on February 13. My Carwise pickup date was set for February 28th. I received no further information so I assumed that everything was on track. On February 27th I called to schedule pickup the next day. At this point I was told that some of the parts were back ordered and they had "no idea when they would come in" . At this point my rental car allowance from my insurance company ran out and I was on the hook for paying for a rental car. After 10 days of no updates I had to reach out to Gabes to see what the status was. At that time they told me they were expecting to receive the parts that day or the next day to have the car ready by March 13 or 14th. I asked if they could give me a call to update me as things continued. I did not receive any calls or updates so on March 13 I called and asked what the plan was and was told they were expecting to have it done on Friday March 17th. On March 17th I called (because no one called me to give me an update) and was told the parts didn't come in and they were hoping for the 24th. At this point I asked for them to cover the cost of the rental car, to which they did Early that week I called to make sure the parts came in ( no one called with an update) and was told they did and everything was good for March 24th. I called on March 24th (still never receiving a call or update) and was told everything was good they were finishing up and I would receive a call when the keys were up front and ready for pickup and they closed at 5. At 430, I never heard anything so I called (yet again) and was told by Mark that there was a problem and they needed to send it to the dealer next week to have them fix it. I expressed my frustrations to Mark and he told me "what did you want me to do call you without a complete update", which, aside from the disrespectful comments, seemed to be an essential for providing customer service. On Monday I received a call that the dealership had to order a part and would be ready on Thursday. On Thursday I never heard anything. On Friday morning I called to find out if I could pick up my car that day. I was told I would receive a call when they had the keys up front to pick up. At 415 I got a call that it was ready. I arrived at the dealership and was given a great deal of attitude from Mark regarding showing up so close to closing time.
