The repairs were made in a timely fashion. My vehicle looks very good. I was kept informed throughout the process. Now that I have driven my vehicle I am concerned that one piece/section of the bumper which was repaired may be loose. The staff was amazing. I loved getting email updates about the progress of the repair. And I was really grateful for the Saturday front desk coordinator. I had an urgent matter and was in a huge hurry and she arranged to help me return my rental car so that I didn't have to wait at the rental car place for a shuttle. This was a huge help!! Very thoughtful and very appreciated.

Excellent service and very timely repair. Detailing the car after fixing the bumper was a very nice touch. I hope it is never damaged again, but if it is, I'll be returning to Rusty Wallis Honda Collision to get it fixed.
