Vehicle was repaired quickly, and in far less time than I anticipated. Normally that is a good thing... However, being surprised with a notification that the repairs were complete and ready for pick up, when no definitive estimate on how long the repairs would take, and last update was that the shop was still awaiting parts was initially unwelcome news. Had an extremely busy work week aged, and had no plans to pick up the vehicle that week. On a positive note, when I called, the manager assured me that I could pick up the vehicle at my convenience, or he would be willing to have the vehicle delivered, if necessary.
Another positive: overall friendly and professional attitude by the staff.
The work:
Reused stickers in door jamb looks unprofessional. upon picking up the vehicle I noticed damage mear rear driver's side wheel well which I do not believe was there when the vehicle was turned in for repair.
