A better job could have been done on keeping me up to date on what was happening to my vehicle. I got two calls from a live person, who gave me detailed information, which I greatly appreciated. The texts I recieved seemed automated and contained no information on what was happening to my car. For example "Update: Hi Sgt Hinman, your Ford is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home. ABRA Auto Body & Glass". My car isn't "happy", it's a machine! I would have preferred a text update more like "We have finished the mechanical and body work on your vehicle. We are starting painting today. Barring unexpected problems, your vehicle will be ready for pickup in **** days"
