Mike and Dusty helped me out immensely. They took the time to listen to what happened to my vehicle, share insight on the repair process and schedule me in right away when I brought in the vehicle for estimate. There is no need to contact me as the only thing that I would change would be the wait time between rescheduling my damage estimate when I had the correct claim number but the prior estimate scheduling had to be pushed up because the claim number was lost somewhere in the system. Everything was resolved, though!
