ABRA went the extra step when not required. Upon asking for quotes to other repairs out of my pocket they took care of me at a very acceptable cost even though they did not have to do it at all. Then WOW they even detailed my car when done. Being a mechanic myself I have never seen another go this far extra to take care of a customer.
