On Thursday I received a call that the car might be done on Friday. It wasn't but then it wasn't ready Monday or Tuesday either. Tuesday at 5 pm I was called to say there was a problem with their painting computer. I wasn't able to pick it up until after 2:30 on Wednesday. This caused my rental to go into a 2nd week by one day. I would rather have not heard anything until Wednesday morning saying they'll have it done and can come pick it up after x:**** than to keep expecting it to get done and being disappointed. Not to mention the budget issues with the rental car.

I had a fantastic experience. While everyone was top notch, Noah, in particular, went above and beyond. To my surprise, the team thoroughly washed and cleaned my car, something that was on my list of things to do. It was done so well I didn't regcogize it was mine and I no longer feel the need or interest in getting it detailed; something that was also on my list of things to do. There is literally nothing else that could have been done to make my experience better.
