I am completely un satisfied it took a whole month to repair my car I never received any notification about my car. When I finally went to pick up my car the paint color did not match and now I have to wait again to see what they are going to do. Never going to take my car with ABRA

Everyone was wonderful, I never had less then perfect service. My car was done in a timely manner with constant text message and email updates (which I preferred over calls). My car has never been so clean and shiny!! The best part was the delivery to my home to save me from having to find a ride, that was convenient. The tow driver who delivered my car was nothing short of exceptional. He was so nice and polite and went above and beyond for me. Definitely will recommend this location for any repairs!!!!

When I was told I would receive email updates on the status of my car I was really excited. The emails weren't very helpful though and didnt really contain any useful information. I think of the emails included and estimated date that the car would be ready that would help.
