I was quite inconvienced by the fact that your office never set up a rental car with Enterprise that was agreed to. I had to take a Lyft and wait until the evening to finally get a car to drive. If that wasn't enough to be upsetting, I believe I was lied to because your office said that Enterprise dropped the ****, but I heard from both Farmer's and Enterprise that it was your office that was in error. I never received an apology from Fanucci's for this oversight. Interestingly, Enterprise and Farmer's both apologized, despite, by my reckoning, their lack of blame. I appreciated the solid auto body work, but to get up early and be stuck in this situation was irritating, to say the least.

The shop went above and beyond with the repair of my daughter’s truck! They noticed my daughter’s hood paint was chipping really bad and offered to grind the rest off and put a clear coat on for free just to prevent rusting! They also noticed her lights were aftermarket and purchased the correct ones to replace them! Nice job guys will definitely be taking my cars there in the future!
