In replacing my bumper, a corner of my rear tail light was broken off. Customers should be able to inspect their vehicles before they pay! Mine was not brought to me until after I paid. I was handed the keys and the young man walked away. I called about the tail light and was told "to bring it in sometime."

Though the repairs were sufficient and I am happy with those, I was disappointed to see that my car was left fairly dirty. There was quite a bit of dust and whatnot left inside of the vehicle, and various marks from what seems to be adhesive left on the exterior.

My car was badly damaged in three separate accidents within about 10 days!
Since all the were on different claims, I was reluctant to get it started because I didn't want to have to deal with different repair shops or car rentals! THANKFULLY the first repair was done through Troy Carstar! Because Troy Starcar is an excellent business, Nationwide Ins company also utilizes their expertise! They even arranged for me to keep the rental car I originally rented until the entire repair was finished!! What GREAT SERVICE!!!. Sandy, the office manager contacted me several times, kept me updated throughout the repair process, including sending pictures of the work in progress!
To say I was thrilled with the results of my repair would be a serious understatement! Troy Carstar went above and beyond my expectations!! My car was inspected all over, and did superb repaid to the entire car, including sweeping out debris and cleaning the entire car!!
I'm absolutely thrilled with the beautiful results of the repairs completed by TroyCarstat!!
