Ken and the entire crew are incredible. I am thankful to have had their support. The only component that I wish could have been better was a better estimate of when repairs would be complete. For example, I realize they may have been optimistic in telling me that it was almost done. However, I would have preferred a kind of worst case scenario so that I would have known to plan accordingly. Regardless, they are an incredible team and I am so happy with their service overall. I highly recommend to anyone.
