I was overcharged on my deductible, had to take my truck back in after the initial repair, enterprise incorrectly charged me as well, and calls don't get returned right away, usually within a day or two.

Opportunities for improvement exist in the process of filling orders for replacement/rental vehicles. Seems that process is designed to handle one person at a time and so when more than one is waiting, there is a significant wait time.
