Everything went very smoothly you guys kept me up to date which I like I don't mind the delay but as long as I know that there's going to be a delay I know that's good so I was very satisfied with my experience

The smell of paint was extremely strong inside the vehicle. I had a horrible headache by the time I got home. Wish there could have been something to get the smell out. It was painted Friday and picked up on Monday. Outside of that it was a good experience

Quick service to get it in, poor customer service after that. Rental car person lacking customer service skills. Poor follow when repairs complete. Dirty hand prints on door handles inside of car. The gentleman that check me out was very knowledgeable , and answered all my question.
