I received my truck and keys from you guys in 8/29. When I went to put gas 8/30 in the morning I noticed my gas cap key was missing from the set of keys I received from the representative working on my truck. I called yesterday to see what you guys can do about it since I left my truck an keys with you for a week. Prior to leaving my truck the day of drop-off, I put gas and had the key attached with no problems. Now that I have my truck the key is missing. I’m at ****/4 of a tank of gas and worried about how I’m going to be putting in gas. When i spoke to Joe, he didn’t really care to find a solution or make the situation right. How am I supposed to be satisfied if you fix one problem and leave me with another? Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

They did a great job repairing the damage. It looks very nice. But the sliding door on our van will not lock now. Even after locking all of the doors the sliding door still opens.i will call tomorrow to ask them to fix ut.

He told me exactly how much it would be and that it probably could be ready the same day. I did pick up my car the same day! It was ready to go. I was expecting to take my car within 30 minutes from the place, but it take me more than two hours. Three pieces where missing from the trunk. I was still at the location when I went inside to ask about them. Then very rude man came, and instead of looking for the pieces, he accused me of hiding/ stealing them. He sent us away in a very rude way and left. I called my car insurance, and while I was explaining to him what happened I found the pieces in a zipper bag inside a pocket in the trunk. But Kim was very nice, and she helped me to deal with the situation.
