The over weight Caucasian female receptionist was rude when I arrived she had an attitude when she first saw me. She looked at me like I was bothering her, said your in the wrong spot. I chose tristate collision center to fix my car. I wasn’t lost. As the first person that welcomes you, it was initially a disappointing experience.. When I came to pick up the car, i was asked if I wanted someone to show me to my car, as if no one was readily available to explain to me what was done. The bumper looks a little whiter than the rest of the car and there looks to be a hinge not hooked to the car on both sides of the bumper.

I had a great experience with TriState Collision after my car suffered body damage from being hit in a parking lot. From dropping it off for an estimate to the repair itself, the team at TriState made the process smooth, communicated well with both myself and my insurance company, and sent updates on the status of my repairs so that I was aware of what was going on at any given time. The repairs look good, and were completed well before the estimated completion date, which was fantastic news when they called to tell me my car was ready after only 3 days. I hope that I do not need to use a collision center in the future, but if I do, I would choose TriState again in a heartbeat.

Paint match looks great, Jeff had told me he wasn't satisfied with the first paint match so they did it again, so that instilled great confidence that my car was being taken care of. There were more delays then I would've wanted but again things happen, ya can't change that! Overall great work! I gripe I have is I received the car with 6 extra miles, 6 miles is a lot if it was just taken in and out of the shop. I'm assuming it was taken out for a brief _joy_ ride. While I can't stop this nor am I completely surprised I just feel a bit disappointed as turbo vehicles are delicate creatures especially WRXs which I'm sure whoever drove it knows. Anyways great job and thank you for fixing my car!
